This is ultimately a partnership, and we want to ensure we're perfectly in sync with each other. A key part of being in sync is understanding our respective responsibilities. At Halobnb, we take care of all the short-term rental essentials: creating the listing, taking professional photos, syndicating across platforms, adjusting prices, and even handling our portion of the taxes.
We are experts in our field, and we know that managing short-term rentals requires meticulous coordination and problem-solving. Rest assured, we've got all of that covered! With us, you can relax and enjoy the benefits of your property while we handle the details with precision and expertise.
We have a simple approach:
You bring the asset / we’ll bring the model.
As our partners, you will not only provide a safe and clean canvas for us to invite our guests to stay but our potential business partners are subject to the following responsibilities:
Keep General supplies stocked
Paper Towels + Toilet Paper
Batteries
General Cleaning Supplies for Guests
Coffee / Tea
Backup Linens + Bath Linens
etc.
Replace/upgrade furniture when needed
Maintain Utilities
Maintaining and timely payment of local electric and water services
Maintaining & providing stable wifi as well as:
Pay local VAC tax(es)
Maintain a bi-weekly pest control policy
Be open to Halobnb’s suggestions to improve the business which can be (but are not limited to):
Furniture + Decor recommendations
Price adjusting
Nighty minimums
Marketing opportunities
etc.

It is imperative that you, the property owner, become familiar with the responsibilities of being a partner with Halobnb in order to maintain a sound business relationship. If you have any questions about anything on this list please reach out for more information/clarification.

We want to emphasize the importance of maintaining the following responsibilities for our property owners to adhere to. It is your responsibility as the property owner to follow the rules, laws, and regulations regarding vacation rentals for your property. With that being said we STRONGLY encourage you to familiarize yourself with the tax responsibilities as a property owner. You can find that information at the links below:
Baseline Requirements for Our Owner Partners
In order for Halobnb to perform their duties as STR managers and deliver five-star customer service, we require our Owner Partners to have the following setup/secured BEFORE entering an Operating Agreement with Halobnb. These basic requirements will allow us to preform our duties without issues in our effort to deliver 5-star customer service:
Valid Insurance for the property
Pest Control Policy from Licensed Vendor
High Speed Wifi
*Any other operating cost of the property (Utilities, Heating & Air, Etc.)
Property is tastefully furnished as approved by Halobnb

Rented or Leased Properties
Properties with no furniture
Owners that are unwilling to invest in a positive guest experience
Properties deemed uninhabitable
